- Qu’est-ce que tes clients idéaux disent de toi ? Que je suis devenu un bon ami qui travaille fort pour eux en ayant toujours leurs meilleurs intérêts en tête. Que je suis honnête et que j’ai une bonne réputation.
- De quelle façon préfères-tu passer tes fins de semaine ou des dimanches après-midi ? Je flâne autour de la maison en écoutant de la bonne musique, je profite du temps avec ma famille après une lourde semaine de travail.

Christine is enjoying living back in the city of her roots with her beau Jeremy and their two dogs Ruckus and Cohen. She is loyal to the beautiful Niagara region but also loves to travel. She’s a DIY-er, baker, wanna-be chef, golfer (scratch), wine connoisseur (lol). When she’s not at work she could be found in her kitchen creating a homemade meal for some friends or family. Before joining strategic Site Selection, Angela worked for several successful companies from Marriott Hotels & Resorts to Preferred Hotel Group’s Metropolitan Hotel Toronto. Most recently, she was the Senior Sales Manager for Skyline Hotels & Resorts’ Deerhurst Resort, overseeing corporate and association portfolios. Angela is also a devoted volunteer, involved with a number of professional, community and charitable organizations including MPI Toronto Chapter, Toronto District Catholic School Board Nutrition Advisor committee and The Weekend to End Women’s Cancer. Based out of Toronto, Angela enjoys spending time with her husband of 6 years, as well as her two children.

She enjoyed 12 years in the hospitality business as a sales manager, beginning with Group Accor in the Toronto market. She then moved to Interstate Hotels and Resorts in downtown Toronto, spending 8 years with the company, where her focus was on corporate clientele. Helene has spent the last few years focusing on her husband and 3 children at home in Toronto and at the family cottage, which is her favourite place to be.

- Where is your favourite place you have travelled and why? I would love to go back to Europe as I was there when I was 16, and TOTALLY under appreciated the beauty and the history! It was all about the shopping then.

That turned into a 10 year adventure and love for the planning world which also included the King Edward and Park Hyatt Toronto. She even spent a few years being a server in the banquet department to get a better understanding of flow and timing of events. The remainder of her hospitality career involved her being a sales manager in both group and business travel at the Park Hyatt Toronto. Silvia’s dedication and passion for the industry ultimately earned her a coveted position at Hyatt as Global Sales Manager representing all Hyatt properties around the world!
In her spare time, Silvia can usually be found in the great outdoors, even on the cold days, with her husband and two sons who are 10 and 6 years old. She especially gets a reel kick out of being convinced by her sons that fishing is fun (please excuse the pun).

Prior to this, she was living in the UK where she was a Product Manager for a luxury travel company and was fortunate enough to travel to the furthest corners of the world for work. Having extensive experience in hotel sales, she understands the importance of listening to the needs of each individual client and finding the best fit for them. She believes that the most important aspect to any dealing in life, is to work hard and have fun. And plans to continue that philosophy with SSS!
Based in Vancouver, Tanya lives with her husband, daughter, and crazy little dog. When not spending time with her family, Tanya enjoys all things sports – playing or watching!

- Quelle a été ta plus belle destination voyage et pourquoi ? L’Australie est en tête de liste, mais il est difficile de répondre puisqu’il y a tellement d’endroits charmants à leur manière. J’ai passé un an en Australie avec un visa vacances-travail et je suis tombée amoureuse de ce beau pays sauvage. Comment ne pas aimer un pays dont la plupart des grandes villes ont des plages et où tout le monde fait du surf!

He brings a refined and enthusiastic approach to finding the perfect venue for all of his clients, while having some fun along the way! Matthew understands that every organization, association and program have different needs and always finds the perfect location for each clients individuality. Usually found wearing sparkly shoes, and telling a not always funny joke his outgoing personality is what draws his clients to working with him. He never hesitates to work tirelessly to make sure the clients SSS partnership is truly one that matters to them every time they work with him.
Living downtown Toronto with his amazing husband Tim and dog Roxstar, you can usually find him walking, shopping and eating on Queen Street West. When not in the city, he can usually be found at his cottage or on his boat hosting all of his friends and family for the weekend. Any spare time he is found literally jumping for joy! He has been a competitive Jump Roper and coach (yes that is a thing!) for the last 27 years, starting when he was in kindergarten. Having travelled all around the globe for this sport including Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, across Canada and the USA, he has earned himself 16 National Titles and 3 World Titles.

- Where is your favourite place you have travelled and why? Buenos Aires! South America has soul, kindness and nurtures the family unit. Not only is this city full of beautiful architecture and greenery, its heart beat is lively, laid back and full of colour.

Elizabeth is a lifelong resident of Southeastern Ontario, and feels lucky to live in one of the most beautiful and diverse places in Canada, with both Toronto and Buffalo, USA within a short drive away. Outside of work you can find her chasing after an active toddler, spending time with her partner, family, and friends, and trying to squeeze in as much travel that she can. A lifelong goal is to secure as many stamps in her passport as possible before it is time to renew.

- What do your ideal clients say about you? I hope that all of our clients would say that I make their jobs easier. My goal with every program is to ensure that our clients do not have to put any extra time or effort into site selection, negotiations, or reviewing contracts, which allows them to focus and spend more time on planning and executing their events.
- Any volunteer activities you love to do? We volunteer as a family to help with one community project annually. It get’s the kids involved, and teaches them how to help those less fortunate.
- Favourite SSS moment? Going into my 6th years with Strategic Site Selection, I have been able to experience the full growth of the organization, having started with 3 employees, and growing to 10 in a relatively short period of time. Over the past 5 years, my favourite moment has been the journey along the way, and imagining life with SSS over the next 5, 10, and 20 years.

Elle a commencé sa carrière dans l’hôtellerie comme stagiaire planificatrice d’évènement dans un Country Club à Stratford. Une fois diplômée du programme de voyage et tourisme du Collège Fanshawe, elle a suivi sa passion pour l’aventure et elle en a fait une profession à temps plein. Pendant trois années, Bryanne a planifié et organisé des itinéraires de voyages pertinents pour les clients qui souhaitaient visiter le monde. Cette expérience lui a procuré une compréhension profonde de l’industrie hôtelière tout en lui donnant la satisfaction d’aider les gens à voyager sans tracas.
Bryanne a demeuré dans quelques villes du sud-ouest de l’Ontario, mais elle est heureuse d’affirmer que Guelph est sa maison de toujours. Quand elle ne travaille pas, elle mène une vie active à l’intérieur autant qu’à l’extérieur — avec sa famille et ses chiens, elle exploite chacune des occasions de voyager qui se présente.
- Qu’est-ce qui te passionne le plus professionnellement ? Ce qui me passionne le plus professionnellement, c’est de trouver les occasions d’aller au-delà de mon travail et fournir une expérience-client satisfaisante hors du commun. Ce qui est le plus satisfaisant pour moi, c’est d’être toujours prévoyante pour faciliter la vie des gens et la rendre libre de stress.
- Quel est ton endroit préféré où tu as voyagé et pourquoi ? C’est sans aucun doute un match nul entre Porto et la Barbade — la gastronomie, l’histoire et les vues imprenables du Douro font de Porto une ville qui vaut la peine de visiter à nouveau. Tandis que la Barbade sera toujours mon pays préféré pour ses plages, le style de vie des îles et la culture.

Her first job exposed her to the hotel industry, starting in the food and beverage department and later growing into a position at the front desk. She has also managed a busy university pub with food and beverage service along with planning and running various student and faculty events!
Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends during her free time. She has a twin sister who she shared basically everything with growing up from pets, to their room and having the same best friend. You will see Stephanie catching up with close friends while trying out a new/favourite restaurant or grabbing a drink on a patio.

- What’s your favourite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon? I try and spend as much time at my family cottage on the weekends and while on vacation. I enjoy relaxing on the beach during the hot summer day and ending with an evening sunset.

Her background is in the financial industry where she worked for a major bank for 25 years. She had various roles in customer service to managing a team to project management. These are many skills that she brings to her new role with SSS, which she is delighted to be a part of. In her spare time Manny enjoys spending time with family and working out.
- Where is your favorite place you have traveled and why? Returning to my birthplace in Italy- a quaint town near the Adriatic where old traditions are kept alive, where people spend their summers at the beach and gather in the piazza at night for gelato.
